You must immediately notify bela14 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account, except where such use is directly attributable to our negligence or system failure.
bela14 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP within 72 hours of registration. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal privileges are suspended until identity verification is completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended or closed, and any Funds may be forfeited in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
bela14 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution. bela14 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit Funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or where suspicious activity is detected.
bela14 operates in strict compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. We reserve the right to freeze Funds, suspend Accounts, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice.
Players must wager deposited Funds at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal eligibility is granted. This requirement prevents bela14 from being used as a money transfer service and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
You may request withdrawal of Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 WIB). VIP-tier members receive priority processing with withdrawals completed in under 30 minutes. Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next banking business day.
bela14 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50.000.000) or where fraud is suspected. We may also impose withdrawal limits based on Account status, verification level, or suspected breach of Terms.
Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal (certain e-wallets have deposit-only functionality), alternative withdrawal methods will be arranged in consultation with customer support.
bela14 offers various Bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus play can be withdrawn. The standard Wagering Requirement for bela14 Bonuses is 30 times (30x) the combined Bonus and deposit amount for deposit-match bonuses, or 30x the Bonus amount for no-deposit bonuses.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (excluding active Bonus balances subject to unfulfilled Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of bela14 Services shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, the jurisdiction under which bela14 operates under license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of bela14 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.
In the event of any dispute between you and bela14, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Curacao arbitration rules. Arbitration decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bela14.
